Haley Sims
Starting in a small town in Southern Alabama, Sandpiper Charcuterie quickly grew into one of the most sought after boards and catering services. When Haley is not creating master pieces to deliver, she can be found in the classroom where she has been teaching for the past 5 years. Haley, a cellist of 24 years, can also be found playing for weddings and special events with her sister and father around the Baldwin County areas. Sandpiper Charcuterie has brought much joy and excitement since 2020.
Where it all began
My friends and I would call these impromptu "wine nights" at least every two weeks. We would gather our favorite cheeses and meats and come together to drink, laugh, & eat. As our nights progressed, I began to organize the look of our cheeses and meats and eventually.... this led to my creation of Sandpiper Charcuterie. This business would have not blossomed into what it has become today without the help and encouragement of my dear friends.
